This mini tube is worked from top to bottom as seen in photos, signed by J.E. In 2013 although I had trouble confirming the artists full or new name. The banger is not included and the original down stem broke when I first got the piece. As a result, it was NEVER USED! 13 encased Millie’s & opals on this beauty as well as two additional Millie’s on the original matching 14mm flower slide.
